Solution Q. I get "Error, please repeat or contact your reseller"
A. Caused by incorrect login details, firewall, incorrect settings or no internet connection.

Please disable all firewalls,
check your username and password.
Make sure no blank spaces at beginning or end of username or password,
username and password are case sensitive.
Make sure main server is selected under settings.
If you get any ‘connection errors’ or ‘socket error’ unplug and replug phone and try again. If you have successfully installed the diag drivers (step 5 above) there is no need to repeat this simply check ‘I have diag drivers installed’
