DB2020/a2 or any full unlock map generation unlocking can take up to 4 business days before calculation of the needed mapfile is ready, in most cases though it will be back the same working day if subiteed during european office hours or the next working day other wise.

You will get email notification when it's ready.
The DVL file is automatically sent via the new client to the cluster calculation server.
The calculated mapfile is automatically sent back to the client software.
Note that in some case you have to upgrade firmware to the latest version BEFORE unlocking. That will require more credits.
