Q. How do I disable Microsoft Active Sync ?
A. Active sync needs to be disabled to allow the server clientto talk to the phone.

1. Right click on the active sync icon in the task bar

2. Click on Connection Settings

3. Make sure the boxes on the left are not ticked, then click OK

Active Sync is now disabled
