Solution Q. I did not click on return to merchant after completing payment and I have not received my email after purchase containg the software download link and Username & Password.
A. The email is sent to your registered PAYPAL email address, please check this address, please also check any spam folders for the email.

If the email has not got to you, you can retrieve your order in 1 of 2 ways

1. 1st goto the order retriaval page HERE
2. Enter your PAYPAL Transaction ID (recomended method)
3. Or enter your PAYPAL email address

If you use the paypal transaction ID your order details will be displayed on the screen for you, if you enetered your paypal email address then they will be sent to that address, if you are having trouble receiving emails from us then I suggest that you use the paypal transaction ID

Q. What is my PAYPAL Transaction ID ?
A. Login to paypal or look on the receipt that paypal have emailed to you.

Your Paypal Transaction ID is 17 Digit Alpha/Numeric
Like this: 1GE016233N0207233

For security purposes your Username & Password are always sent to your Paypal address !!!
