Solution Paypal Echeques are not instant payments, they take anything from 6 to 9 working days to clear into our Paypal account and become available, untill that payment has cleared we do not process any orders, This is on the recomendation of Paypal.

If you did not mean to pay via Echeque (echeques tend to be bank funded rather than via a credit or debit card), please open a support ticket, requesting that we cancell the echeque payment. You then of course can purchase again uising an instant funding source.
