The password is case sensative, please enter exactly as displayed in the email sent to you.

Also check that you have not entered a "0" instead of "o" or visa versa

If you have copied and pasted the details, please make sure you have not put a space at the end by accident, as the server will take this as part of the details.

All the usernames and passwords are generated by the server, and automatically added to our ads system, before being sent to you the user.
